The address of your control panel is: https://www.yourdomain.tld:2083. As login details, please use the login details you have receive from us when you have bought the hosting. Also, there is a "Login to cPanel" button in your account that you can use to go directly to your control panel. You need to log in to your account at https://customers.velnetweb.co.uk/ go to "My Services" and click on the icon next to the domain name. On the resulting page you will see the button.
