14) I have uploaded all my files to the website but i receive a "403 forbidden" error when I try to visit my site.

This error is displayed when there is no index file in the specified folder. Check if all the files have been uploaded exactly where you want them (please note that all files that you want to be available on the internet need to be uploaded to the public_html folder of your website). You must have a file called index.html, index.htm or index.php which is the main file of your website.
