An invoice is generated for the renewal of the domain/hosting 60 days before the expiration date. You can find the invoice if you log in to http://customers.velnetweb.co.uk/. All unpaid invoices are displayed on the first page after you log in and you can also see all the invoices (paid and unpaid) if you go to My Invoices section. The invoice is also sent to the email account that is registered for your account.
